Insurance Adjusters Academy refund policy:

  • You will receive a 100% refund if cancelled three business days prior to class.

  • Tuition will be refunded if the student does not attend classes.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled outside of above parameters.

  • If the student is a no-show to registered class, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to another class. Three no-shows will result in a non-transferable deposit.

  •  If you have a medical or family emergency, with proper documentation, Insurance Adjusters Academy will refund your deposit as well as any tuition. This includes, but is not limited to, a medical excuse from a doctor or medical facility.

  • Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case as every situation is different.
